Trashy Shorts: The Lego Movie

I just sprang $15 for The Lego Movie DVD at Wal-Mart, and I feel like I've really gotten away with something. Don't tell Warner Brothers, but I'd have paid $100,000 for that movie.  You guys haven't met my boys, but they are what most people--when they're being polite--would call "rambunctious."

So you can understand how priceless 2 hours of silence can be around this house...

Thanks, Lego Movie.

  1. I'll have to take your word for it. I can easily get silence in my house by giving my kids their phones or iPads. Or yelling, "Who left their stinky socks on the coffee table!!!???" Silence. Every. Time.

    1. Our kids don't have phones or iPads, so if I want to keep them busy, I have to hand my phone over. The last time I did that, it came back to me sticky because my older son was eating strawberries while playing it. Soooo, Lego movie is the solution for right now. :)
